Server Hardware Upgrades for Hosting Services

We are very pleased to announce that we are upgrading the server hardware on all of our hosting services, which will be available immediately for new and existing clients. Nuphix has implemented major upgrades to other resources recently: new processors, additional RAM, and a new redundant and faster network. This upgrade is yet another action in our going investment in our clients with more value with no price increase. That’s right. We’re increasing the performance of your services at no additional cost!

Will existing clients need to manually transfer to the new servers?

No, all data for existing clients will be migrated to the new servers by Nuphix automatically.

Will there be any downtime with the server hardware upgrades?

There should be little to no downtime experienced during the transition. The whole transition process is planned to be seamless start to finish for all of our clients.
